On 17 February 2011 Malmerk Fassaadid AS and Keraplast OY concluded a contract based on which as of 1 March 2011 Keraplast OÜ owned by Keraplast OY continues to sell, manufacture and install smoke hatches, dome skylights and plastic boards. Operations are continued in the same location at Valdeku 132 in Tallinn.
